Through paintings, drawings and sculptures, Sidharth explores familial storytelling traditions that merge personal experience with collective memory. His art transforms the everyday into the archetypal, bridging past and present through a timeless visual language.

The exhibition highlights two of his major projects, amongst others:
• The Visual Autobiography (2023…)
• The Ganga (2014–2023)

Soft copy of the Book is available at
https://storage.googleapis.com/auraartemails/Sidharth/SidharthBook_AuraArt_Nov25.pdf

About the Artist:Born in 1956 in Ludhiana District, Punjab, Sidharth’s creative path has been shaped by his diverse experiences as painter, sculptor, filmmaker, poet, and traveler. Trained in fresco painting, and thangka art under monks in Dharamshala, educated in Chandigarh, and exposed to European artistic currents, his oeuvre synthesizes spiritual insight with a contemporary sensibility.

Drawing from his Sikh upbringing, natural observation, and sustained fieldwork across India and abroad, Sidharth has developed a distinctive idiom rooted in myth, memory, and the rhythms of nature. His works are part of significant public and private collections, and inspire new generations of artists and viewers.

Extract from note by Harmeet Singh Sethi, Aura Art, in the Book:“Sidharth is a myth-maker in the truest sense, not inventing stories, but unearthing them from the quiet folds of memory and the restless currents of his wanderings. His figures are not characters but echoes: remnants of experiences that once passed through him, and chose to stay.”

Grand Jain Sanghs Maha Rath Yatra to Grace South Mumbai on Sunday 21 September 2025

300+ Monks, 45 Floats and Thousands of Devotees will participate in the Maha Rath Yatra

MUMBAI, 17 SEPTEMBER, 2025 (APN): Under the supreme reign of Lord Mahavir, a grand chariot procession (Maha Rath Yatra) organized by Jain Sanghs who practice devotion strictly in accordance with Jain Agamas and Dharma scriptures, will take place on Sunday, 21st September, on the central roads of South Mumbai.
In the metropolitan city of Mumbai, this unique and exemplary Rath Yatra aims to establish the ideals of scriptural authenticity and righteous conduct (vidhimarg). The procession will commence at 8:30 AM from Chandanbala Jain Sangh, Walkeshwar, and it is expected to witness a massive turnout of devotees from across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, and various areas of Mumbai.
The Rath Yatra, starting from Chandanbala–Shripalnagar–Malabar Hill, will sanctify key central roads of Mumbai as it passes through Chowpatty, Sukhsagar, Girgaon, Khetwadi, CP Tank, and will conclude at the Motisha Lalbaug Jain Temple in Bhuleshwar. Following the procession, a grand religious assembly (Dharma Sabha) will take place, during which revered Gurubhagwants will explain the spiritual significance of the Rath Yatra and share details of upcoming events. Thousands of fellow Jain devotees will participate in collective spiritual devotion.
This grand event is being organized by all Jain Sanghs and spiritual aspirants of Greater Mumbai, strictly adhering to the Jain Agamas and traditional scriptural practices. The Rath Yatra is a mark of Anumodna (rejoicing in others’ spiritual practices) of the austerities performed during Paryushan Mahaparva, and is considered a part of the annual spiritual duties of Jain householders (Shravaks).
The event will be graced by over 300+ revered monks and nuns, including some of the most respected Acharyas from the renowned Tapagacch sect, especially those associated with the community of Suriramchandra, and the lineages of Surishantichandra and Siddhisuriji Maharaj. Some of the prominent spiritual leaders participating are:
Param Pujya Acharya Devesh Shrimad Vijay Shreyansprabhasuriswarji Maharaj, a renowned orator and spiritual guide currently residing in South Mumbai for Chaturmas; Adhyatmasamrat Param Pujya Acharya Devesh Shrimad Vijay Yogtilaksuriswarji Maharaj;  Param Pujya Acharya Devesh Shrimad Vijay Harshsheelsuriswarji Maharaj, known for his melodious discourses; Param Pujya Acharya Devesh Shrimad Vijay Mokshratishuriswarji Maharaj, a poet at heart; Param Pujya Acharya Devesh Shrimad Vijay Hitratnasuriswarji Maharaj, and many other monks, scholars, and ascetics.
Thousands of Jain devotees will gather to chant the praises of the Jain order (Shasan). The procession will include: 5 Indra Dhwajas (flags); Over 45 floats from different Sanghs; 35+ initiates (Diksharthis); Depictions of Lord Neminath, Shripal-Mayna, 108 Parshwanath Tirth (Kondhwa, Pune);
Over 15 marching bands, Puneri Dhols, various rare Mandalis (spiritual performance groups);100+ volunteers holding inspiring spiritual quotes; Over 500 Pathshala children; 7 chariots representing 7 Tirthankaras, and much more.
One of the most notable highlights of this Rath Yatra, which justifies the title “Maha Rath Yatra” is its unwavering adherence to the fundamental principles and ideals of Jain Dharma, visibly upheld throughout the entire event.
Special Attraction This Year:-
Devoted youth dressed in ceremonial worship attire will carry palanquins of all 24 Tirthankaras (Jain Gods) on their shoulders — a sight to behold.

Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. and FLIF Launch National “Certified Financial Literate” Initiative

MUMBAI, 17 JULY, 2025 (APN) –
Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. (BSE: VKAL), in collaboration with the Financial Literacy & Inclusion Foundation (FLIF), has launched the Certified Financial Literate (CFL) program — a comprehensive, multi-level financial education initiative aimed at empowering schoolchildren, college students, and the general public with essential money management skills.
With only 27% of young Indian adults financially literate, the CFL program addresses a critical need by offering a structured curriculum aligned with the National Strategy for Financial Education. It integrates practical financial topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, and digital payments into everyday learning.

The program features six certification levels, delivered via interactive video modules, real-life case studies, and practical exercises. To cater to offline learners, the program is also available in print through the Wallet Wisdom book series — one for each level — featuring worksheets, examples, and illustrations as told to our news reporter. Those who complete all levels and assessments receive the Certified Financial Literate certificate.

For younger learners, Vantage offers the ABC of Money, a three-level program that introduces basic financial concepts like saving, needs vs. wants, and spending wisely. It includes both books and digital tools, and children also receive certification upon completion.

All course modules are hosted on Vantage Pro’s Learning Management System (LMS) and accessible via the Vantage Pro app (https://www.vantagepro.app). This tech-driven platform allows users to enroll, learn at their own pace, take quizzes, and track progress in an engaging and user-friendly environment.

Vantage and FLIF, a charitable foundation promoted by Vantage’s founders, have worked together to develop and refine this initiative. FLIF has granted full rights to Vantage for curriculum development and nationwide rollout. The initiative supports national financial inclusion efforts and echoes the vision of leaders like Dr. Raghuram Rajan, Dr. Manmohan Singh, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all of whom have emphasized the importance of early and inclusive financial education.

Vantage Knowledge Academy Ltd. is pleased to announce the launch of its bi-monthly e-newspaper, The Campus, designed to reach and engage over 1,00,000 students and academicians across institutions through a digital platform.

As a BSE-listed financial education provider, Vantage has a strong track record of delivering globally recognized programs and partnering with leading academic institutions. With this initiative, it reaffirms its commitment to transforming education and supporting India’s inclusive growth through innovative, scalable learning solutions
